LLW Leave

Full time employees receive five paid leave days per calendar year (pro-rata for part time employees) in addition to the four weeks of annual paid leave. The purpose of these “LiveWell” days is to give you the opportunity to take a single day off work, here and there throughout the year.  Like all leave, these days off will need to be arranged in advance with your team leader or manager to ensure operational requirements are met. You can take the leave for your birthday or for social, family, cultural, or volunteering reasons or just to have a break. You may also choose to take your “LiveWell” days off in the period between Christmas and New Year when many of our services close or operate at a reduced capacity. 

Eziway Salary Packaging

Salary packaging is available to LLW employees (full and part time only) as an additional benefit where you can potentially increase your take home pay (from your pre-tax dollars). Salary packaging is administered by our provider called Eziway.

Eziway will be your go-to for all questions relating to salary packaging including the benefits, which include:

  • Increasing your disposable income
  • Reducing your taxable income
  • Paying for everyday items using pre-tax dollars.

  • Mortgage and rent payments

Remote Area Benefits

For rural-based employees, additional salary packaging expense options are available to package mortgage and rent costs, gas and electricity bills and purchases of homes.
